Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with an order, you can use the Resolution Center to assist you. 

To access the Resolution Center:
  1. Once logged in, open your order, and click on the blue Visit the Support Button button found on the right-hand panel

  2. Write to us the reason fr the dispute and our support team will get back to you.

    The following choices are available:
    – Get a refund for unused credits: As we offer a free trial plan to test our validation platform and tools, we can offer refunds on your unused credits

– The choices may vary depending on the issue you select.

After selecting the dispute reason from the choices provided, you will also have the option to explain why you’re submitting the request.  Once you’re done, click Send.

Your comments will be submitted and sent to our support team. You can view your open dispute within the order page, along with the option to withdraw the dispute, if needed.
